Freeman Charcoal & Black Sugar Polishing Mask

I’ve been looking for some new masks and scrubs for a while. When someone recommended the Freeman masks to me, the price and the good reviews I found got me really excited to try them. I chose the Charcoal & Black Sugar Polishing Mask because I wanted a mask and a scrub in one.

I applied the mask to my face in a light layer. It smelled SO good! Just like you’d expect a sugar scrub to smell – light and sweet. It felt good on my skin and I had to really resist the urge to scrub it in. The directions said to leave it on for 5-7 minutes. I left it on for the recommended amount of time, then rubbed it in for 1-2 minutes. It was a really good scrub! There was no need to rub very hard because the sugar was so thick. After scrubbing, I rinsed it off with warm water. My skin felt soft, smooth, and clean. My pores were less noticeable, probably because it was so deep-cleaning.

I would definitely buy this mask again. It only cost about $5 at Walmart and I loved the results. It’s going to be a part of my routine from now on!

I also bought the Freeman Feeling Beautiful Sweet Tea & Lemon Peel-Away Clay Mask. I’ll be testing that later this weekend!

What are your favourite masks and scrubs?
