Freeman Sweet Tea & Lemon Peel-Away Clay Mask

I picked up the Freeman Sweet Tea & Lemon Peel-Away Clay Mask last week, and I couldn’t wait to try it. I haven’t used a peel-away mask in a long time, and they look so fun!

I tried this out a few nights ago. The directions say to apply a very thin layer to the skin, avoiding hair, and wait 5-10 minutes for it to dry. When it was dry, I found it very difficult to peel off because the layer I used was too thin. It was hard to peel off sections of more than an inch or so at a time. I used warm water to soften up the residue and rinse it off.

The second time I used it, I decided to use a thicker layer. I had just played some soccer outside, and this mask felt really cool and refreshing on my face. When the 10 minutes were up, it was very easy to peel the mask off my face in just a couple of steps. The mask felt exfoliating when I peeled it off, but not uncomfortable. My skin felt smooth and clean afterward.

I’ll definitely continue to use this mask regularly!
